I didnt come up with the idea, the commissioner did, and wow what an awesome idea!!! I loved drawing this card! For those who are confused, the card represents Mater from Pixars Cars drawn as Legolas from LOTR. The Jedi Lion was also a special request as he collects Jedi Lion cards.  Expert renderings on both! The Jedi Lion is expressing such brutal intent that he's forsaken the force for some good ol' head lopping, disemboweling and dismembering.

The Mater card is one of my favorites. It took me forever before I was satisfied with the textures and so on. I didn't get paid a mint, but the dudes appreciation of the card was almost as good. -- children are evil, watch your backs. [link] |
