@00:35I think thats everybodies favorite scene haha! And to think, it almost didnt come to be. My storyboard was set, and then Jean asked us to rework a few scenes even if we were happy with them. So I did, and that came out.

Film & Animation / Animation / 2D / Comedy

I produced this short 2D animation in my final year at the cegep du Vieux-Montreal in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

It took a year to finish!!! Well, twould have taken less time if it werent for all the school/teaching process... but still... This is all hand drawn!! I created every element of production except for the drum loop in the soundtrack which was created by my good friend Yan Bleney.

I graduated in 2005 and officially got my diploma in 2D tradional animation.

Im an illustrator now. But that training in animation has helped me develop my skills in more ways then one!

I hope you like it!

@01:07The silhouette group coming out was creepy! I guess because they had the body like a big-butt spider.

It made it more eery. I love the last expression...pretty smooth in frames.

I know what you mean about animation helping you out overall. I only had the one class at Joe Kubert's, but it really made you think more into pacing and storytelling.
